By accessing or using Cretoxy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
By submitting content (clips) to a campaign, you grant Cretoxy and the campaign owner a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content. You confirm you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Earnings are calculated based on verified view counts meeting the campaign's minimum threshold. Payouts are processed manually after a valid payout request is submitted. Cretoxy reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud or Terms violations are detected.
You may not use the Platform to submit fraudulent content, manipulate view counts, harass other users, or violate any applicable law. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Cretoxy may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or its users.
Cretoxy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
